Hiring and Implementation

At the outset, Net Brains identifies the scope of a client's project and creates a client-specific recruiting plan. The recruiting plan includes web-based software that manages resumes and job openings and tracks candidates. Candidates are then source, selected and brought on-board. Analysis and plan preparation takes one week to implement. Weeks two through four, a media plan, including a customized blend of Internet, mass media, networks and community relationships, drives candidates to a client branded job application site. Initial review of the application leads either to rejection or pre-screening by telephone, and on-line assessments.

A successful assessment is followed by an in-person interview, client approval, pre-employment checks, an offer of employment and on-board paperwork. From pre- to post-hire, Net Brains proprietary software enables us to customize the search for candidates; build client identified career sites; retrieve resumes; assess applicants, and later, manage on-board documents and time sheets. The same degree of flexibility found in the recruitment process, exists in the NetBrains client relationship where the level of partnership may range from providing direct hires for a specific project to managing the ongoing recruitment process.
